StarHub B2B: Business Never Stops

Showing support for local SMEs through a B2B campaign with a short turnaround time.

The Brief:
To create a social & digital campaign which would promote StarHub’s business continuity plan (BCP) products during the COVID-19 period.

Our Solution:
The pandemic forced many local businesses to pivot to digital operations at breakneck speed. With this in mind, we leveraged on StarHub’s status as a proudly Singaporean business to show its readiness to support fellow SMEs.

We kicked off the campaign with a social film aiming to stir up the fighting spirit of SMEs, accompanied by social posts and digital banners targeting business owners.

We also created a content structure for StarHub’s temporary BCP web page, centred around the concerns of business owners when working remotely – Communication, Collaboration and Connectivity.
