Brainstormed novel solutions to crack challenging briefs. Worked with Art Directors to create brand style guides for B2C and B2B clients. Provided website copy for clients, both long and short-form. Conceptualised stories and scripts for commercials broadcast nationwide.

Worked on digital and experiential campaigns in cross-functional teams. Served as the main writer for a chatbot by MCCY. Worked alongside UX Designers and Developers to conduct research and establish user flows. Pitched for and won new business for the agency.
